01Our production facility covers the full manufacturing cycle for buttweld fittings and flanges from raw steel to finished, inspection-ready components. Seamless forming and precision forging are carried out under one roof across a full range of sizes and schedules, with no outsourcing at any stage of the process.

02Every fitting and flange we produce is tested before it leaves the facility. Chemical composition, mechanical properties, and dimensional conformity are verified against the applicable standard ASME B16.9 for buttweld fittings, ASME B16.5 for flanges. Full traceability documentation is issued with each batch.
Chemical Analysis
Spectrometric verification of alloy composition for carbon, stainless, alloy, and duplex grades.
Mechanical & NDE Testing
